We're Heading to the Digital Accountancy Show!

The Digital Accountancy Show, also know as DAS, is rolling round again this April. The event spans over 2 days, specifically the 1st and 2nd of April (no, this isn’t an April fools!). 

DAS takes place near Battersea Power station, at Evolution London, in the central area of Battersea Park. The full address is:

It’s a worthwhile event for any accounting practices out there, full of different vendors that are ready to help you grow your business in the most efficient way. The best part – Bots For That is attending!

This is not our first time attending DAS, but it was thoroughly enjoyed last year with great success, so we’re giving it another crack.

Why DAS?

Our reason for attending DAS is to make our product known. We want to assist accountants with their workload, and getting our product out to the public is a great way to achieve this. We want attendees to have the chance to get up close and personal with the product. They will have the opportunity to enjoy a live demo with a member of our team, and see what our Bots can achieve in a short period of time.

Spreading the message that automation is the natural next step for accountants is the aim. Lack of knowledge and trust is one of the biggest obstacles when it comes to accountants opting to use Bots. In our ‘State of Accounting Automation’ Survey 2024, we found that the majority of accountants don’t use AI due to lack of knowledge on the topic. While we’re on the subject, one of our talks at the Digital Accountancy Show will be covering the survey and our findings. Believe us when we say, this isn’t a talk you’ll want to miss out on! Full of valuable insights and ways to overcome the hurdles preventing AI implementation, this talk is a great way to compare your standing against many of your accounting competitors. 

Let’s not forget, at Bots For That, we love to give back. Last year at DAS we gave a donation to an environmental project via Ecologi for each person that completed a demo with us. This year, our theme moves from planet, to people. Without you – people, none of this would possible. This year, we will be making donations to a Mental Health Charity for every demo completed. Let’s make change together!

On The Day

At DAS, we will be stationed at stall C16, do come and say hello! You’ll get the chance to meet and chat with the brains behind the product. And let’s not forget the hardworking team we have making everything a reality. 

We have two stage talks at this event. As mentioned above, the Main Stage talk features discussion around the ‘State of Accounting Automation’ Survey. This talk includes guest speaker and co-founder of the Digital Accountancy Show, James Howell.  For our second talk (stage TBC), we have ‘The Modern Firm’, featuring guest speaker Luke Farren. The talk will discuss how accounting firms can build themselves to become what is now called, ‘The Modern Firm’. What’s more, it will give you the building blocks to create a firm that is full of success and strength in the industry.

At our stand, there is the chance to chat with our VIBs (Very Important Bots). These are the people who know our product best. These sessions will have a pre-booking system assigned (don’t worry, we’ll announce everything you need to know nearer the time). Stepping away from the VIB table, there is also our demo area. Here you can explore the portal and try out one of our Bots to a) see how it works, and b) see the outcomes it creates.

By taking part in the demo, you’ll have access to refreshments from our Bot Bar. You will also be given your own copy of our State of Accounting Automation (SOAA) survey to take home with you and indulge in the facts to your hearts content. If you like our product, you can sign up to continue your journey with us post DAS. There will be a promotional discount for all those that complete a demo with us over the two days at DAS.
